HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards (AMEX, DISCOVER, JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, Diners Club) for your order.
WHERE DO I ENTER A COUPON CODE?
Coupon/Discount Codes can be entered on the checkout page right under payment options.
DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS?
We currently do not accept gift cards.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAXES
All orders placed within the State of Californa are charged CA sales tax.
WHAT MEANS ORDER STATUS "COMPLETE"?
This means your order has been processed and left our warehouse.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Please contact us at info@truproofficial.com as soon as you decide to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order for a full refund if your package has not yet left the warehouse.

Orders that were placed on our US website will be shipped from San Diego, CA
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Any order placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will ship usually the same or the next day. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM ET or on a weekend, your order will usually process within 1-2 business days.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, we do offer USPS 1-2 days express shipping. If an order is placed before 9:00 AM PST Monday-Friday (Except Holidays) with this shipping service, the package will go out that business day.
DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE - TRACKING SHOWS "DELIVERED"
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your package delivery. We understand that receiving a "delivered" status without actually having the package in hand can be concerning. Please follow these steps to resolve the situation:
Check with household members: It is possible that a family member or a roommate might have accepted the package on your behalf and forgot to inform you.
Contact your local USPS office: Reach out to your nearest USPS facility/local mailman and inquire about the delivery. Sometimes, carriers may recall the exact location where they left the package or may have additional information about the delivery.
Check your surroundings: Occasionally, packages may be left in less noticeable areas, such as behind plants, under porches, or with neighbors.
File a missing mail claim: If you have exhausted all other options and are still unable to locate your package, you can file a missing mail claim directly with USPS. You can initiate the claim by visiting their website or contacting their customer service department.
If, after completing these steps, you are still unable to locate your package, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at info@truproofficial.com. We will do everything we can to assist you and work with USPS to resolve the matter promptly.
Once the returned item is received and back in the warehouse, refunds should be reflected on the account that was used during the purchase within 5-10 business days.
WARRANTY
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY
Most TRU PRO rackets and bags are covered by a limited warranty for defective material for six months from the date of purchase of the original product when purchased on our website.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY?
To return a product that is under warranty, please email us at info@truproofficial.com to obtain a return address and return number. Proof of an invoice or receipt from TRU PRO is required.
WHAT IS YOUR FULL WARRANTY POLICY?
Most TRU PRO rackets and bags are covered by a limited warranty for defective material for six months from the date of purchase of the original product when purchased on the Website. Repairing or replacing a warranted product does not extend the applicable warranty period. Proof of an invoice or receipt from TRU PRO is required. It is at our discretion to either repair or replacement the product. No warranty will be granted if a racket is improperly handled (strung incorrectly, added repairs, extreme signs of wear and tear, or beyond the warranty period.) Rackets must be returned strung. For replaceable parts like grips, grommets, or strings, we do not offer a warranty. Items that are sent to the warranty department in San Diego but upon inspection are considered not being covered by the TRU PRO warranty policy and will be returned to the customer. The customer will pay for return freight.
