RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS TRU PRO's RETURN POLICY?

All products may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method provided if the items are returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the products. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. You agree that it is at the sole and absolute discretion of TRU PRO to determine if the product has been used. If TRU PRO determines at the arrival of the product(s) at our warehouse that the item(s) has been used and therefore is not in resellable condition, TRU PRO will return it to the customer without a refund.

  • New racquets must show no signs of use and be returned in their original condition (e.g., plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes on the bumper guards, polybag, etc.).
  • Bags must be returned in the original polybag, have all tags on, and show no signs of use.
  • String and other accessories must arrive in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

Return/Refund Policy on free/discounted products:

If a promotion involves receiving a free product upon purchasing other items (e.g., buy 2 reels, get a free bag), the value of the free product will be deducted from any refunds if the purchased items are returned. For example, if you return the reels in such a promotion, the cost of the free bag will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please note that the free product is non-returnable in these situations.

  • Before returning the item, check that it is unopened and unused. All returned items that do NOT arrive in these conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking for the package. This will give you confidence that the package arrived at our warehouse.

  • Email us your tracking # to info@truproofficial.com 
  • Once tracking information has been received, we will start the process of exchange or refund on our end.
  • In case of an exchange, please send us an email to info@truproofficial.com or a message inside the return envelope, including the string name, gauge, color, and quantity you would like to receive as an exchange.

Once the return is approved, TRU PRO will mail or email you a FREE return shipping label. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return package and hand over the package to the mailing service stated on the return shipping label (USPS or UPS).

How long does it take to receive a refund on my return?

Once the item is received and back in the warehouse, refunds should be reflected on the account used during the purchase within 5-10 business days.
