I thought that the Tru Pro description was very accurate and that both the soft but stable features and durability of this poly rivals Luxilon Alu Power Soft, Solinco Hyper G Soft, as well as Babolat RPM. Spin potential and energy return are great and I can easily go five weeks before even thinking about any adverse tension loss. Terrific value as well. PTR, 66 years old, playing 6 days a week, and using Speed Pro racquets.

I read the first 10 reviews so I can find something to add, but they are all 100% accurate! If there's anything I could offer it would be that this string at 18g is the ideal cross string. It is not racquet or tension sensitive. It has the most linear response over it's life than any other synthetic string I know of. I'm not the biggest hitter so 18g works for me any my friends, but if your a bigger hitter try the 16 or 17g. Lastly as a main it plays higher power with good control and touch, but doesn't generate a lot of spin.

I have many issues with my right hand\elbow including trigger finger, tendonitis, and nerve damage. GhostWire softens the bed enough that I can play with a poly hybrid again. The softness along with being slick and round really enhances my spin when using a shaped poly in the mains. I usually string 42# mains and 40# crosses and the bed is extremely comfortable, provides a ton of spin but is not too powerful at my lower tensions. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy hitting a tennis ball with GhostWire crosses!!!!

Ghostwire is my goto for crosses. Very soft and the slick round profile enhances spin when paired with a shaped poly main. I have tried many others but GhostWire is the best.

Using a Prince Phantom 100G which is a lower powered racquet. Been searching for a poly that delivers comfort and control while not eating away my multi cross string so quickly. This is it!! By far more superior to Volkl Cyclone, Signum Pro XPerience and even technifibre ice code or even many of the other “soft” labeled polys. Been using for over 8 hours now and no sign of major wear on my multi cross. Will continue to buy!!

One of the most comfortable and most durable strings I've played with. Easy depth. Moderate spin potential. Super stable performance with predictable results in all shots. I highly recommend it in full-bed for practice sessions.

Going to stack it up against volkl cycling and hyper g again but I'm quite certain hyper g has better longevity with snapback.

I've only ever used it as a cross string with either Cyclone Tour, Tier 1 Fire Wire, and Nat Gut (both Luxilon and Wilson varieties), but it is one of the absolute best cross strings I've ever tried. It's a very slick round poly, with great tension maintenance, and very soft. This helps with snap back of the mains, and softens the poly's I use them with. When I use it with Nat Gut, I'm able to string it up in the high 50s (usually 57 or 58) to better match the tension I use for the gut (60-62 depending whether it's summer or winter). With poly, I typically use lower tensions (50 is currently my go to in the summer for both the mains and the Ghost Wire crosses).

I'm using Ghost Wire as a cross in my gut/poly hybrid. The string is so soft and provides an amazing gut/poly hybrid. I've hybrid many poly's with gut and this is the best string. Great control, great comfort. I highly recommend this string.

This string loses its playability rather quickly. I unfortunately was looking for something to get away from ISOSpeed Cream because it had the exact same problem. You can really only get consistent playability off of these types of strings for 5-6 hours tops.

Teir1 sent me a free set so I figured I’d give them a shot, wow changed my whole mindset. 2 things I hate poly and 17g so my expectations were very low on this string and it preformed above and beyond what I could’ve ever asked for. I’m definitely gonna be ordering from Tier1 after playing with this set. Only complaint is after 10 hours of play I definitely noticed a drop off in playability but it’s a poly and that’s what they do, definitely not gonna stop me from ordering these string. I would highly recommend!

Great spin (grip & snap back). Control was pretty good as well in my clash 100 tour (which is not that great for control). Great feel for a full poly set up. Not harsh at all, just a little firm-not mushy. What put it over the top for me was that the playability lasted much longer than any other full poly set ups I've used. I'd recommend 52x50 at most. Ghost wire felt stiff at 54# in the crosses. 4.0 decently hard hitter.

I received this string as a demo, and I have been very impressed with it. It holds tension EXTREMELY well for a polyester string, and I have also appreciated the control that it gives. I strung it up in a Wilson Blade 18/20 at 52 lbs.
