"Crisp feel, well balanced for power and control, perfect for the all-around player!"
This string is designed to provide a perfect balance of power and control for all-around players. Made from a co-polyester/monofilament blend, it's ideal for big hitters seeking enhanced top spin thanks to its octagonal shape, which offers increased ball bite. Despite its durability, the impact is smooth and crisp, and tension stability is excellent. This co-polyester/monofilament string offers big hitters well-balanced power and control. The octagonal shape adds increased ball bite for players seeking enhanced top spin. The impact is smooth but crisp; durability and tension stability is on point!
This is a really fantastic string. I'm switching to it from Hyper-G. I love the control and launch angle. Power and spin are good. Love the price and customer service! Tip: Use Firewire in the crosses for more bite on slice/serves.
I took a shot in the dark with this string. Nice surprise. Awesome string. Can only recommend to anybody (I play college tennis) who is looking for a durable string with a great balance of power and control. The structure of the string gave me a nice ball bite.
I am old 4.0 player that had been playing with a multifilament string. I switched rackets to the Wilson Prostaff 97 LS and was breaking strings in 5 weeks. I changed to this string and have been very happy with the results. it cost less than my prince multifilament, it is livelier (string 2-3 lbs. tighter) and with 20 days to go it seems like a very durable string. I try to re-string every 60 days or so and it appears that I am on am going to easily get that stringing life. I string with a full bed of this stuff and it has NOT been an issue on my arm or elbow. Once I find a string I like, I do not switch. I expect to be playing for years with this string!

I recently tried the Tour Status 18g string and loved it! I have tried many strings in an attempt to find an 18g string that will add more spin to my closed string pattern racquet, and the Tour Status felt Incredible.
Tour Status 17 is a black color co-poly, reminds me of a combination of Babolat RPM Blast and Genesis Typhoon. It has a nice firm response with a sweet grab/pocketing on impact. Playability and tension maintenance have been great for a $9/set string.
I was surprised and amazed by its power and control. I was able to hit the ball to so effortlessly. It was very arm friendly, as well. Its the best poly string I have ever used. (Posted on 7/24/17)
I am a 4.5 player and a friend of mine recommended to switch from a synthetic gut to a thin ploy. He gave me a set of Tour Status 18g which I strung at 48 lbs (usually I string at around 56). I am a 4.5 player and a friend of mine recommended to switch from a synthetic gut to a thin ploy. He gave me a set of Tour Status 18g which I strung at 48 lbs (usually I string at around 56). I cannot believe that I have not made the switch earlier. I never had so much confidence in hitting through my ground strokes. In addition, I could feel how much more the string gripped the ball. Although I am not used to playing with poly I was surprised how soft the string actually felt. I would like to purchase I reel from you. Do you currently have any deals?
I really enjoyed Tour Status. It provided lots of pop, the feel was good. Lots of poly's I’ve tried have a plasticy feel to them, but this string felt very good. I hit with lots of topspin so of course topspin was adequate for me. Overall really enjoyed it. I am finishing my reel of Tour Bite now... View more
